We currently only ship to the UK. All order will be sent via Royal Mail or DPD, as soon as the order is received we will dispatch it within 24 hours or a working business day unless opted for an express delivery

Our returns policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or replacement for your product.
We only accept returns, if your item is unused, and is in the same condition and packaging that you received it in and has not been opened. The original packaging must be intact. At this time we will not e offering free return postage, So you will be responsible for any fees incurred, as postage is non-refundable.
To complete your return, we require your proof of purchase, along with your order number. Please email email@example.com your order number, reasons for return. Please state the following reason code…

If you are eligible for a return, once we have received your items, we will inspect the product, to ensure it has not been opened. We will notify you once the return has been approved or rejected, and we will refund you accordingly.
If approved a credit will be applied to your original payment method, please allow up to 14 days for the credit to show in your account, from when we receive your goods/evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), if 14 days have passed please contact your bank. If you are still experiencing any further problems then please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your return.
We will only exchange your item’s if they are damaged or defective when received. You will need to send us an email at email@example.com with images of the packaging and product, highlighting any damages. You will be required to pay your own shipping costs for exchanging, Shipping costs are non-refundable at this time.
