Unless you have been living under a rock for the last few months you will be well aware of the global pandemic (COVID19 – for those who don’t know!), we have all been affected by. Keeping our customers safe as well as our team’s health and well being are the most important thing for us at Rawr, therefore we want to reassure you of some of the safety measures we have already put in place for when our doors can open again!

We are encouraging online bookings to make sure you get your appointment!

So, like many businesses, we won’t be able to operate a “waiting area” in the salon. Therefore, it will be more beneficial for you to book your appointment before you come. You can easily do this online here.

In our Primark Beauty Studio salons will be appointment ONLY! This is great because you will definitely get seen to straight away and you get fast tracked into the store with your treatment confirmation email!

When you arrive at our salons you will be greeted at the salon door by your therapist, so please do wait patiently outside and our team will welcome you in promptly!

Let’s be honest, you are well overdue a pamper and we want to make sure you get the treatment you deserve. We are asking all our customers to come to their appointment alone to reduce the number of people in the salon.

I’m sure this is everyone’s new obsession anyway! But just like every other business out there, we will be asking customers to wash their hands or sanitise their hands upon entry into the salon.

Keeping our customers safe means our team will be wearing face masks, face shields, disposable aprons and gloves to ensure you are protected throughout your treatment.

If you would like to wear a face mask, please do! We appreciate your efforts to keep our teams safe too.

In the salon protection


We are installing screens that will sit between the nail technician and you that has a hole for your hand for the treatment to take place. These will protect both our customers and teams from any water droplets that can be passed through breathing/sneezing or coughing. We are also installing screens in between each chair in our brow and threading areas to ensure there is enough protection between each customer too.

In some of our salons, we are also removing some treatment stations to ensure the salons aren’t overcrowded when you are having your treatment.

When our team say goodbye to you, they will then wipe down and clean their dedicated treatment station to ensure it is clean for the next customer.

As you can see, we are taking lots of extra precaution to keep you and our teams safe when we can finally open our doors.  Please remember, if you do show any symptoms of Coronavirus, we would like to reschedule your appointment to mitigate the spread of the virus.

Both our customers and team’s health and wellbeing are the upmost important to us. We would like to reassure you we are doing everything we can to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and to create a safe environment for you and our team. Before you book your appointment please can you confirm you are feeling fit/healthy and showing no symptoms of COVID-19. 

The way our salons operate have now changed to ensure we can protect both our customers and team’s health and wellbeing, this means:

  1. There will be no waiting areas inside the salons, therefore please arrive promptly to your appointment alone and wait at the door of the salon.
  2. Your therapist will greet you at the front door and welcome you into the salon. You will also be asked to wash or sanitise your hands upon entry to the salon.
  3. We will no longer be able to store your coat or any additional bags you bring into the salon, therefore they will stay with you throughout the duration of your treatment. 

If your appointment is within a Primark Beauty Studio, please take your appointment confirmation email to the front of the queue whereby you will gain fast track entry into the store for your appointment only.
